HR Consultant

NES Fircroft require a HR consultant for an exciting opportunity working with prestigious global client in Denmark <br><br> <b>Scope of Work / Job Decription:</b><br><br> 1) Full responsibility for Department External Workforce Management (EWM) System -<br> a. Make sure hiring, moving, terminating contractors are in place - approved and reviewed in time by all parties.<br> b. Focal point for Tyra secretary and respective teams on EWM matters<br> c. Provide support and learning to new team members regarding EWM<br> 2) HR analytics<br> a. Make sure that HR System (HR4U) is cleaned up and updated on time<br> b. Position creation, change<br> c. Deactivating positions<br> d. Flag up issues to senior HR team members<br> 3) Manpower and Demobilization plan<br> a. Keep updating it - (moves, new employees, leavers. etc)<br> b.
