ARTIFICIAL LIFT SECTION HEAD

<p><b>IRC220243 - ARTIFICAL LIFT SECTON HEAD </b><br />
<br />
At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for an Artificial Lift Section Head within <b>Zubair Field Operating Division</b> in Basra<b>, Iraq</b>. You will be responsible for managing all the duties related to preparation, installation and maintenance of Artificial Lift systems that will be installed during the development of the field.<br />
<br />
<b>As a member of Well Area Team at Zubair Field Operating Division you will be responsible for</b> :</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Liaising with Reservoir and Production Management Teams to optimize Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) installations</li>
<li>Supporting Reservoir Department in finding new ESP conversion candidates with tangible gains</li>
<li>Continuously follow ESP performances: actual performance vs. design, detect any decrease in pump performance or potential issue before it becomes larger (sand ingress, scale formation, etc).</li>
<li>Keeping track on the latest technologies in the market and recommend the most promising ones to improve the quality and saving time</li>
<li>Ensuring monthly Artificial lift performance review meeting in cooperation with contractor and Reservoir department to identify possible production optimization and guarantee that all the Artificial lift system are operating under optimal condition to avoid possible systems failure</li>
<li>Participating in all the Artificial lift failure analysis to identify ESP failure root cause and propose and implement improving actions in design, operating practices and downhole injection program</li>
<li>Constant updating of Prosper model for each Artificial lift well to ensure the system is working properly within recommended range</li>
<li>Preparing, following up and technical evaluation of technical proposal during tendering process for Artificial Lift and Completion activities</li>
<li>Preparing equipment forecast, equipment delivery plan and place materials order accordingly</li>
<li>Managing and optimize inventory levels to ensure sufficient inventory for new conversions and replacement of artificial lift installations</li>
<li>Manage all contracts and service orders of artificial lift systems and related completion equipment</li>
<li>Checking and approving all the contractors&
39; recommended Artificial Lift systems designs</li>
<li>Ensuring contractors allocate enough resources to support field operations</li>
<li>Coordinating Artificial Lift contractor personnel during start up, restart and troubleshooting operations</li>
<li>Supporting field staff and operation engineers in problematic well and artificial lift systems troubleshooting</li>
<li>Ensuring all artificial lift working procedures are in place and periodically</li>
<li>Report and update constantly the Artificial Lift HQ team on the activity ongoing and planned through periodical reports</li>
<li>Ensuring all the Company Software are used in accordance with the policy</li>
<li>Ensuring the Company database tool ALCE (Artificial Lift Census) is constantly updated</li>
<li>Using ALCE results, the resource shall be able to provide action plan e detailed solution to increase the Artificial lift performance</li>
