Field Service Coordinator

Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading. <br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Field Service Co-ordinator, you will be coordinating and planning of Field Service personnel to secure right competence & utilization.<br><br>As a Field Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Managing internal and external customers to secure an updated forecast of all FS activities</li><li>Coordinating and planning of FS resources in line with customers need and secure right competence & utilization</li><li>Coordinating with FS Team Lead in regards to personnel planning/inquires if needed</li><li>Booking helicopter, flights and hotels</li><li>Managing bookings and controlling timesheets / service tickets</li><li>Supporting other Regions & P&L with resources demand according to country specific requirements (i.e. T&L, VISA, vaccination)</li><li>Utilising GRID on all your department activities including, but not limited to; follow up on forecast, reports and service tickets</li><li>Ordering and creating input to Service Entry (PO) in SAP (Including, but not limited to; PPE, external contractors and medical examination)</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor degree within a relevant field or significant work experience</li><li>Have extensive experience as Personnel Coordinator</li><li>Have knowledge of Field Service installation and maintenance operations</li><li>Have experience in Oracle</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
