As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.</li>
<li>Collaborating with sales teams and customers for your assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).</li>
<li>Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources and developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.</li>
<li>Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio so we harvest contracts and collect appropriately.</li>
<li>Overseeing the budget and P&amp;L for the area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Developing your team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.</li>
</ul>

<li>Have a high-school diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Have 3-7 years of experience in technical sales or engineering.</li>
