<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Part time Teacher of Music - September</strong></p><p style="text-align: center;">Required for September 2022 (for one term)</p><p> </p><p>Academics have an exciting opportunity for a qualified, highly motivated and inspirational Music Teacher to join a successful, over-subscribed and forward-thinking school in Redditch on a part time basis. The position is 0.4 for the duration of the autumn term.</p><p> </p><p>Music is taught to all students in Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 and it would be desirable that the successful specialist would teach across the age and ability range, however the school will accept a strong KS3 KS4 teacher. Performing Arts are a strength and highly valued part of school life, the appointed Music Teacher would be required contribute to the range of extra-curricular activities that they offer.</p><p> </p><p>The schools success continues to be a school effort. Teachers work across faculties to share good practice and all staff have the common goal of making the school outstanding. Ofsteds last inspection judged the school to be good in all areas, commenting that "students' attitudes to learning are positive. Students appreciate how the school's expectations help them to achieve. Teaching is good. Students respond well to teachers' enthusiasm, high expectations and established routines. Strong relationships have a positive impact on learning".
