Supply Teacher

<p>Short term supply teachers needed for roles in Northampton. £100 + per day! <br /><br /> <strong>Your new company</strong> <br /> Hays Specialist Recruitment are market leaders in education and are recruiting for Teachers for a variety of short term roles across Northampton.<br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Your new role</strong> <br /> You will be expected to teach pre-planned lessons to a full class, covering planned or unplanned absences. You will be expected to follow the schools behaviour plan and handle any behavioural challenges that may arise. You will have the support of the main class teaching assistant.<br /> <br /> <strong>What you'll need to succeed</strong> <br /> In order to be successful you will need to have QTS, whether ECT or more experienced, and have experience whole class teaching. You need to be confident in behaviour and classroom management. Being able to be versatile, depending on the school environment is key.<br /> <br /> You will also need to undergo the full Hays compliance process including DBS check and satisfactory DfE references.<br /> <br /> <strong>What you'll get in return</strong> <br /> In return you will receive competitive rates of weekly and holiday pay, rates of £100 + per day depending on experience.
