Process Lead Engineer

<p><b>Your responsibilities</b></p><br><br><br><ul><ul><li>Manage scope and technical interfaces (e.g., integration of OEM components etc.), lead a (virtual) team in performing the individual tasks as described below</li><li>System design (piping and instrumentation diagrams P&amp;IDs) for balance of plant systems (e.g., water/steam cycle, cooling water, fuel supply, auxiliaries)</li><li>Preparation of affiliated documents e.g., operational concept, P&amp;IDs, system descriptions, application of design- and calculation tools</li><li>Description of corresponding system / plant operation, such as start-up and shut down concepts, risk analysis and safe operation under all operating conditions</li><li>Preparation of technical specifications and inquiry documentation</li><li>Participation in engineering and optimization of interfaces, responsibility in design review process</li><li>Review of contractors engineering</li><li>Coordination of the preparation of customer documentation/O&amp;M Manual</li><li>Evaluation of customer specifications</li><li>Managing der Engineering Database (COMOS) workflow with other disciplines</li><li>Calculation of water/steam power plant systems and auxiliary components (e.g. pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, valves, pipelines etc.)</li><li>Support of site activities during construction and commissioning</li><li>Clarification of process and mechanical related topics with customers, consultants, authorities, external and internal partners, suppliers</li><li>Leading the conception and programming of the plant distributed control system/DCS (T3000 or PCS7)</li></ul></ul> <br><br><br><b>Your Profile</b><br><br><br><ul><ul><li>College degree, preferable within the field of process engineering or renewable energy systems or equivalent combination of education and minimum 3 years' experience in the power generation and EPC market</li><li>Detailed knowledge of products and power plant components, services and markets of industrial power plant &amp; Combined Heat and Power solution business</li><li>Customer focus: capability of changing perspectives and adapting strategies and actions to the dynamic environment</li><li>Intercultural sensitivity, in order to work in (virtual) international team</li><li>Ability to positively lead project teams to provide the best solutions regarding budget, quality, and time</li><li>Capability to lead cross-functional and cross-product line initiatives, domestically and internationally</li><li>Skills to motivate people, act as integrator within bid and execution teams</li><li>Capability of multitasking, with excellent organizational skills while assuring a high-quality work process</li><li>Willingness for business travels with international contacts</li><li>Excellent skills working with engineering database preferably COMOS</li><li>Excellent English skills</li></ul></ul><p> </p>
