SolarWinds is looking for a lead generation marketing senior specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and very friendly Marketing Team! You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and other teams to execute on a variety of broad-based marketing programs (such as events, webinars, email marketing, telemarketing, social, etc.) in line with our product portfolio marketing strategy. Candidates must have the ability to manage a marketing program, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet aggressive deadlines. And because we’re metrics driven, we’re also looking for someone with a strong analytical acumen, ability to review data, draw accurate conclusions and make improvements. Responsibilities Support the planning, creation and development of multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, localization and production of marketing collateral and various marketing initiatives Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment Demonstrated ability to manage relationships both internally with different teams and externally with agencies/partners Develop & execute quarterly marketing plans in alignment with company & sales objectives Manage campaign performance and optimise return on investment Plan & manage revenue-driving marketing activities to generate demand for internal sales teams; including events, email marketing, telemarketing, social and web merchandising Analyse and continually monitor and measure all owned activities and budget spend, report on metrics and propose improvements where needed Plan & oversee execution of all comms across EMEA & APJ, including webinars, emails, newsletters & PSC - monitor performance & optimise Report on product marketing performance and assess against business targets. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights Collaborate with key suppliers and manage agencies to achieve targets Manage regular product launches and updates to the existing and target audience Manage initiatives aligned to business need that drive growth in our product portfolio Support the Demand Generation Manager to fulfil both near term and long-term goals Drawing insights and pivoting to implement changes and improvements Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience – preferably within a SaaS company or tech related environment Fluency in English essential Understanding of basic principles of marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google AdWords, Social, HTML, Web Analytics Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel Fast learner, detail orientated & execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast paced rapidly changing environment A can do, high energy self – starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative work environments Ability to analyse campaigns, implement recommendations and see projects through to completion Experience working cross-functionally to execute projects is required
