Start-up & Operation Shift lead - Chemical/Petrochemical

<p>CCL Global are currently recruiting for two a Start-up & Operation Shift leads to work on a pilot plant in Belgium . The plant is expected to be put it in operation for conductance of the Test program covering 3-4 test campaigns over an envisaged period until the end Sept 2022.</p>

<p>The candidates will be shift lead as part of an operating team to cover 3 shifts for continuous operation, with 2 individuals per shift. The relevant plant design & operation documentation mainly in terms of P&ID, equipment design, cause & effect matrix, operating procedures, and manuals etc. will be provided for familiarization prior to proceeding to the site in Belgium.</p>

<p>The candidate would have quick walk-through and weave-in exposure to the plant set-up and necessary training, especially covering the DCS and PLC systems will also be provided on site.</p>

<p><strong>General</strong></p>

<li>Detailed understanding of the plant flowsheet and process configuration, operating procedures, start-up and operating manual as well as the Test plan as already established by the team.</li>
<li>The candidate will be a part of the operating team for carrying out initial start-up and operation of the Pilot plant and conducting the test program campaigns, safely, efficiently, and objectively while working in rotating shifts.</li>
