THE OPPORTUNITY Due to unprecedented growth and demand an exciting opportunity has become available to join our Queensland team supporting our dynamic Biosense Webster business. As a Senior Clinical Specialist, you will play a leading role in building our customers' confidence with and utilising our heart mapping systems. You will partner with our customers – Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Technicians and Nursing staff within the hospitals and empower them with your knowledge. You will be part of a passionate team of individuals involved in some of the most complex medical procedures, providing case support and training. Your partnership with the wider Biosense Webster team will help facilitate success in this patient focused environment. We will consider qualified international applicants looking for a shorter term, immersion experience in Australia. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Cardiac cath lab case coverage to the highest standards for our clinical stakeholders Assist in the initial and ongoing training of team members Develop key stakeholder relationships within the territory Provide commercial support to Product Specialists and help implement sales strategies/NPI as per key account plans Provide accurate information regarding all products and their indications to customers Organise and run regular training for Cardiac cath lab personnel. Partnering with our internal Professional Education team to offer additional high level training opportunities Actively manage consignment inventory and logistics of loan equipment. Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Expert working knowledge in Electrophysiology with experience within Intracardiac Echo and an understanding of Biosense Webster’s technology portfolio will be an advantage Tertiary education within Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering or related fields Possess a natural aptitude and passion for technology Exhibit an ability to trouble shoot and remain calm under pressure Be passionate about delivering exemplary patient outcomes Love working as part of a cohesive team, always willing to lend a hand and share the load.
