The Store Manager is responsible for the total operation of the experience centre, supervision and development of the team, inventory management & ensuring each employee is aligned in the Aveda vision You will generate sales through developing strong relationships with both internal & external stakeholders, providing customers with outstanding service, driving our unique in store experiences & maximizing all branding opportunities. You will be responsible for the development of talent and capabilities within your team whilst embracing the Company values & ethics. In this role a key component will be to maintain operational effectiveness within a busy, fast paced retail environment. 100% Vegan.100% Cruelty Free Experience Required: Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading and developing staff in a fast-paced environment. Strong Sales and leadership capabilities gained from a retail environment.
