Could you play an integral role in the successful transformation of the British Red Cross to enable us to deliver our 2030 strategy?<br /> <br /> About this opportunity…</strong><br /> <br /> The British Red Cross is embarking on an evolutionary transformation journey to become Fit for the Future. Fit for the Future (FftF) is a portfolio of 4 programmes spanning across the organisation from fundraising to UK operations to our internal services. It aims to create an efficient &amp; agile organisation with the right structure, services, skills and ways of working to empower our people to deliver Strategy 2030.<br /> <br /> As <strong>Senior Business Analyst</strong> you will work closely with the FftF Portfolio Leadership Team to define and lead business analysis activities critical to the success of the portfolio of transformation programmes. <br /> <br /> You will take responsibility for creating and setting up the portfolio business analysis approach, working collaboratively with business analyst colleagues across BRC to align with and build on existing best practice. You will lead work to identify business analysis needs within the portfolio, working with the Portfolio Team to prioritise and assign resource. You will complete process mapping and gather, define, challenge and interpret requirements for multiple programmes and projects and to define processes and develop recommendations, that deliver improvements for our people and service users and create efficiencies.<br /> <br /> You'll be required to operate in a complex stakeholder environment at all levels of the organisation and you'll need the experience and gravitas to work with and manage stakeholders at the most senior level, while effectively building capability in business analysis approaches and methods within the FftF Portfolio team to set standards and support development of maturity in handling programmes and projects. <br /> <br /> <strong>Diversity is something we celebrate</strong><br /> <br /> At the British Red Cross, we are looking for the best people to help us provide support to millions of people affected by crisis in the UK.
