<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>The successful applicant will act as the clinical lead for the Authority, directly line managing the Occupational Health Advisors and Health Surveillance Technician, liaise with OH contractors and the HSE, provide reports and strategic wellbeing advise, ensuring the delivery of wellbeing training, support to wellbeing initiatives, health promotion and checks, fitness to work assessments, provide advice and support, advise on reasonable adjustments, new employee health questionnaire screening, and health surveillance.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will report directly to the Corporate Health, Safety, Emergency Management & Wellbeing Service Manager, working proactively in partnership with the Service Manager our Occupational Health Advisors and Physicians, Human Resources and Health & Safety Officers within a forward thinking proactive service.     </p>
