Job Description Job Track Description: Requires broad technical expertise and industry knowledge. Accountable for functional and operational program management. Achieves goals through the work of others. Manages performance appraisals and pay reviews. Manages training for 3 or more employees. Manages hiring and termination actions. General Profile Supervises daily tasks of complex business, technical support or production teams. Sets team priorities to ensure timely project completion. Coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Makes decisions based on policies, procedures, and business plans. Receives guidance from manager. May not perform the work supervised. Functional Knowledge Understands and applies concepts in the field of expertise. Has basic knowledge of other disciplines. Business Expertise Understands how to improve efficiency across related teams. Impact Impacts the quality and effectiveness of the team and its contribution to the subfunction. Leadership Mentors employees and sets priorities to meet daily deadlines. Problem Solving Resolves day-to-day technical and operational problems. Interpersonal Skills Uses tact to exchange information and manage sensitive issues. Responsibility Statements Drives training teams, by coaching, developing, and evaluating the performance of trainers/establishing priorities. Provides specific feedback on training delivery and facilitation to the trainers. Manages overall training delivery including delegating, reviewing, and monitoring tasks delivered by the trainers. Manages training needs identification and consulting with account managers, to set business priorities. Conducts advanced level training for supervisors and managers for products, tools, and processes. Liaises with vendors and stakeholders to bridge training gaps. Reviews and designs training content. Responsible for creating and/or validating online courses in the LMS (Learning Management System). Provides reports on training investment, including dashboards with stakeholders.
