<b>Responsibilities </b></p>

<li>Responsible for overall contract and project execution with Customer</li>
<li>Responsible for financial performance of the project (Profitability, Cash Flow and Asset Utilization)</li>
<li>Ensure on time delivery on each project phase (Engineering, Procurement, Assembly, Construction, Commissioning, Maintenance)</li>
<li>Leading strong and discipline team to ensure project safety and quality</li>
<li>Close engagement with Customer to ensure services are well executed and in timely manner</li>
<li>Provide regular project update to Customer and internal management</li>
<li>Provide feedback and supervision to other team member to ensure safe operation</li>
<li>Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.</li>
<li>Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.</li>
<li>Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.</li>
<li>Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by Operation Manager within the physical constraints of the job.</li>

<b>Qualifications </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Degree in Engineering with min GPA 3.0</li>
<li>Min 7 years working experience</li>
<li>More than 5 years as project manager in O&amp;G industry, petrochemical or power plant</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills</li>
<li>Good analytical and troubleshoot skill</li>
<li>Sufficient skill and knowledge of ESP and Beam Pump operation and analysis</li>
<li>Good knowledge on instrumentation and control system</li>
