<p><b>POSITION INFORMATION</b><br />

<b>Support Accountabilities:</b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Lead and participate in all aspects of the safety program (e.g. safety meetings, ILP investigations, site inspections, audits, tool box talks, etc.)</li>
<li>Support and follow the safety program</li>
<li>Ensure that the Permitting system is followed and FLHA&
39;s are clearly written out</li>
<li>Support witnessing of ITP hold points</li>
<li>CHEPTW support as required from operations</li>
<li>Start-up and Pre-commissioning support as required (pumps, compressors, alignments, repairs, troubleshooting, charging seal and barrier fluids, lube fluids, torqueing.)</li>
<li>Support walk downs and punch verification</li>
<li>Complete check sheets</li>
<li>PSSR field checks as required</li>
<li>Vendor assistance as required</li>
<li>Assist with equipment preservation program</li>
<li>Assist with Client&
39;s redline process as required</li>
<li>Assist in field verification of all commissioning procedures and checklists</li>
<li>Ensure proper training requirements are kept current with the Project requirements</li>
<li>Verify pipe strain and alignment standards are being followed</li>
<li>Lube oil flushing support</li>
<li>Leak response</li>
<li>Installation/demobilization of temporary equipment and fittings</li>
</ul>

<b>Key Accountabilities:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Ability to read and follow P&amp;ID&
39;s, isometrics, schematic drawings &amp; BOMs</li>
<li>Experience with laser alignments (hot and cold)</li>
<li>Ability to accurately and legibly record test results and enter into the applicable Computer Management System</li>
<li>Experience in the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment to API Standards</li>
<li>Experience with troubleshooting and equipment rebuilds of pumps / compressors / turbines / fans &amp; mechanical seals</li>
<li>Piping knowledge is a strong asset</li>
<li>Monitor equipment during start up and fill out required documentation</li>
<li>Able to work independently without supervision</li>
<li>Experience with seal plans &amp; charging mechanical seal systems &amp; Rebuilds</li>
<li>Able to create a clear, concise punch deficiency list</li>
<li>Equipment walkdown inspections (Pumps / Compressors / Turbines / Fans / Mixers, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><br />

<b>Education and Experience:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Millwright journeyman ticket - Red Seal Interprovincial</li>
<li>5 years of field experience in similar Commissioning roles in both Brownfield and/or Greenfield Projects</li>
<li>Strong Interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a variety of Industrial backgrounds</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of OH&amp;S Regulations and API / ANSI Standards</li>
<li>Able to direct construction workers when required</li>
<li><b>Experience leading small teams would be considered an asset</b></li>
<li><b>Ability to communicate in English/Spanish considered a strong asset</b></li>
</ul>
