Nama Site: Středočeský kraj Tanggal Posting: Jun 8 2022 Odborný konzultant Účel pracovní pozice: V souladu s prodejní strategií společnosti zajišťovat dosažení/překročení stanovených cílů formou pravidelných návštěv u zákazníků, organizováním seminářů, účasti na odborných akcích a to vše v souladu s etickými principy a Kodexem chování. Plánovat, organizovat a realizovat návštěvy u definovaných zákazníků v přiděleném regionu s cílem dosáhnout plánovaného prodeje, cílených tržních podílů, úrovně doporučení a vizibility GSK produktů. Vytvářet a udržovat vynikající vztahy s klíčovými zákazníky GSK, HCP a KOL Hlavné zodpovědnosti: Plnit přidělené cíle pro každý prodejní cyklus - kvartál (prodej, tržní podíly, počet návštěv, frekvence návštěv, distribuce, vizibilita, detailing - počet seminářů). Zajistit propagaci GSK produktů v přiděleném regionu v souladu s marketingovou a prodejní strategií profesionálně a eticky. Součástí propagace je /může být i prodej GSK produktů ve specifických prodejních kanálech. Informovat zákazníky (lékárny, lékaři) o přípravcích GSK za účelem dosažení cílové úrovně doporučování. Pravidelně aktualizovat všechny požadované systémy informacemi získanými během hovorů a návštěv (Veeva, Fleet, Trax,…). Průběžně analyzovat prodej a tržní výkonnost portfolia GSK v přiděleném regionu. Dodržovat marketingové, prodejní a kontrolní strategie GSK. Pravidelně informovat o dění v regionu, novinkách, změnách týkajících se lékáren, doktorů a podávat zpětnou vazbu od zákazníků Administrativní podpora ASM (doplňování reportů, tabulek, zpracování dobropisů …). Aktivní účast na kongresech (národních, lokálních….) + všech interních pracovních setkáních (meetingy, tréninky) Aktivní spolupráce s MEDICAL REP, KAMs, Trade Marketingem Demonstrovat a prohlubovat odborné znalosti, znalosti interních SOP. Rozvíjet důležité kompetence a dovednosti. Vzájemně si s kolegy předávat informace o zákaznících, aktivitách, úspěších/problémech jak v daném regionu, tak v produktové oblasti. Hlásit podezření na nežádoucí účinky, závady v jakosti nebo jiné informace o bezpečnosti GSK přípravků, o kterých se zaměstnanec dozvěděl.
