If you share our passion for discovery and want to find out what you could really do, then here is the place to do it. <br> <br> <b>Job Description:</b><br> <br> <b>The Position holder is responsible for: </b><br> <ul> <li> End-to-End management of equipment package orders for PF Project deliveries including related<br> instrumentation, free issue items & Ship loose items, Spare parts & Services (Inspection FAT &<br> commissioning as per the project execution plan.</li> <li> Coordination of communication between supplier, OPF various functions<br> (P&S/Execution/Engineering/Construction/Quality/Logistics) as required during various Project stages</li> </ul> <br> <b>Activities: </b><br> <ul> <li> Procurement/Sourcing <ul> <li> Participate in supplier selection and auditing process in conjunction with the category manager</li> <li> Take handover of PO/Contract from sourcing specialist</li> <li> Carry out contract review and continuously monitor & execute the contract with respect to supplier<br> performance</li> <li> Provide visibility on physical purchase order status to Project Supply Manager (PSM) / Project Supply Lead (PSL)</li> <li> Own and manage the MOC process for the package, based on engineering inputs, ensure all COR's are valid from the supplier, negotiate the COR's to maximize savings and minimize impact to project P&L & delivery</li> <li> Management of Good Receipt, quarantine, returns processes for all purchase orders</li> <li> Management of supplier warranty claim, notification to supplier, track any re-charges</li> </ul> </li> <li> Execution/Controls <ul> <li> Review, establish and continuously monitor the delivery schedule of the PO and ensure full integration into the overall project schedule</li> <li> Responsible to receive/validate Progress Reporting from supplier and consolidate in Project Reporting / PLG</li> <li> Plan and coordinate onsite supplier support for installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment</li> </ul> </li> <li> Quality <ul> <li> Coordinate with Project Quality Manager to ensure on-time delivery and quality objectives are met</li> <li> Coordinate inspection activities in conjunction with Quality Engineers and QC Engineers</li> <li> Identify NCRs during inspections and/or surveillance and provide required information to Quality</li> <li> Communicate any deviations, deficiencies or warranty claims to Supply Manager, Engineering & Project Manager, follow up with supplier for remedial action plan via quality management system</li> <li> Project based supplier performance monitoring - NCR, OTD and VOR/COR trends</li> </ul> </li> <li> Logistics <ul> <li> Liaison with Logistics Coordinator to assure accuracy of shipping documentation and timely collection of equipment from supplier</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br> <b>Qualifications:</b><br> <ul> <li> >5 years sourcing, planning or project execution experience</li> <li> Prior work experience in Production Facility Projects</li> <li> Prior experience in project planning or project execution procedures</li> <li> Prior experience in hands on fabrication, rotating equipment or electrical package integration</li> <li> Optional experience in expediting or audit inspecting a bonus</li> <li> Fluency in English</li> </ul> <br> Schlumberger is an equal opportunity employer.
