Cameron Process Equipment Sales Engineer

This role will be responsible for sales and account management of key engineering, procurement and construction companies operating in designated territory (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Brunei, Myanmar). The successful candidate is expected to fully own the engagement with the customer group and drive profitable sales growth in line with company sales plan. <br> <br> The key activities being performed in this role include:<br> <li> Manage and develop relationships with new/existing customers in designated territory.</li> <li> Lead project pursuits starting from initial engineering stages through to final order placement. This includes developing the sales strategy, leading risk & opportunity reviews with management and commercial negotiation of contracts.</li> <li> Work closely with the global sales team, product managers and other internal functions by providing market intelligence, product feedback and commercial information that can be used to improve company's value proposition.</li> <li> Support regional sales team by contributing to developing sales plan and report progress periodically to the P&L owners.</li> <br> Requirements:<br> <li> Minimum degree in Engineering or equivalent.</li> <li> The candidate should have more than 8 years of sales experience with at least 5 years of experience in selling Process Equipment and have a proven track record in a customer facing role (sales/business development/project management/project engineering).</li> <li> Candidate needs to have an understanding on the full business cycle with EPC (engineering company) for large project pursue.</li> <li> Candidate is willing to travel internationally and locally for business.</li> <li> Have working rights in Malaysia and willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.</li> <li> Proficient in Malay and English written and spoken language.</li> <br> Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
