Site Name: Korea - Seoul Posted Date: Jun 7 2022 Job Purpose To lead the forecasting process and DRM/CCC meetings focused on Business support as well as do a role of linkage to supply planning. To take the balance of Best-In-Class Customer service and the appropriate Inventory level for cash flow improvement with unbiased Demand Forecast led by Demand Team utilizing CERPS and analytical tools Key Responsibilities S&OP process Management (System /operation process) with high discipline Manage end to end demand forecasting (both volume and value) for nominated Trade Channels across all Consumer Healthcare categories to improve customer service levels, reduce end-to-end COGS and working capital, and improve Financial and profitability performance enabling Commercial spend effectiveness Prepare series of S&OP Cycle meetings & to lead Meetings (Demand review meeting, Sales and Operation Meeting) and manage all planning system related process Communication /Negotiation Skills with internal/external customers Collaborate with AP Hub team ensuring appropriate replenishment plans and inventory management for the market considering lead time, safety stocks, and shelf-life requirements Communicates product market-level issues status as required with Key stakeholders to mitigate or minimize issues constructively with commercial and Supply chain High capability to Lead SC driven projects (experience required/certificate plus) Lead the regular or onetime project related to supply chain process improvement including Separation matters Enterprise thinking by both Win/Win Situation (Commercial vs SC) Well balance between Local Key stakeholders and Global supply Chain to give win/win situation to everyone Self-starter, ability to set priorities and make proposals and decisions by data-driven in a dynamic work environment and tough situation Continuous improvement of forecast accuracy ensuring use of all available market intelligence (e.g. market trends, promotional activity, brand forecast review process, competitor behavior), and fully leveraging the SFA/SFB review process for root cause evaluation and exception management Ensure visibility of actual results versus targets to support proactive collaboration and decision making Why you?
