CMMS Administrator

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>

<li>The ideal candidate for <strong>CMMS Administrator</strong> will be responsible to assist in the administration of the Star IPS program and providing support to rig personnel and office personnel using the program; in line with the Company&
39;s key business goal.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Design and write the Planned Maintenance Training module</li>
<li>Conduct a Planned Maintenance Training for the Rig Crew and Office personnel</li>
<li>Provide a necessary support to Rig auditors</li>
<li>Update and preparing the Downtime report</li>
<li>Trouble shooting and rectify the Planned Maintenance work glitches</li>
<li>Assisting in creating equipment card for Supply Chain Procurement Department</li>
<li>Assisting in Planned Maintenance Request Change from the rigs</li>
<li>Assisting in Planned Maintenance Improvement Project</li>
<li>Create/Update forms as required</li>

<p><strong>Qualification: </strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Hons) in Electrical &amp; Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years&
39; of experience holding the role of Planned Maintenance System Administrator/support in O&amp;G industry</li>
<li>Certified in Project Management (PMP) and/or Operation Management is an added advantage</li>
<li>Possess minimum of 4 years&
39; experience in a maintenance supervisory or hands on Electrical/Mechanical maintenance role</li>
<li>Able to develop Maintenance database, create training materials and conduct training</li>
<li>Familiar with Star IPS, MS SQL Server Management Studio, MS Plant Maintenance and Material Management</li>
<li>Familiar with SAP PM Performance Standard &amp; Asset Integrity Data Management</li>
<li>Experience in offshore drilling or upstream industry with hands-on experience in drilling systems is a plus</li>
