PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

<b> IRC220059 - </b><b> PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Procurement Specialist </b>within <b> Ieoc Production BV </b> in <b>New Cairo, Egypt. </b>You will be responsible for Analyzing the requests and, accordingly, prepare the appropriate strategy, to be approved by the management, to meet the requirements, including Selection of suitable Bidders & Selection of appropriate Contractual Standards <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>Procurement team at </b> <b> Ieoc Production BV </b><b> you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Receiving internal Requisition. </li> <li> Ensuring under the supervision of the management, that the requesting unit provides an adequate technical evaluation of the proposals, if and when applicable </li> <li> Carrying out due diligence on Suppliers </li> <li> Issuing to the bidder(s) the Tender documentation </li> <li> Acting as focal point for the receipt and management of their queries </li> <li> Receiving the Bidders proposals </li> <li> Organizing the opening committees for technical and commercial bid openings </li> <li> Preparing the economic evaluation of the bid for the approval </li> <li> Negotiate under supervision of management (with the selected Supplier) prices, terms and conditions </li> <li> Preparing the contract documentation and award recommendation for the approval </li> <li> Ensuring correct distribution of contracts to supplier and internal functions; </li> <li> Ensuring proper archiving and storage of all tender and contractual documentation </li> <li> Taking part to project activities of the department with specific goals </li> <li> Reporting </li> <li> Supporting the Contract Managers during Contract execution; </li> <li> Preparing the Contract revisions when applicable </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree. </li> <li> Previous experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry </li> <li> Fluent in English </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Cairo, Egypt <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> Temporary <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
