Principal Piping Designer

<b> Descripcion general / Responsabilidades </b><br><br>Wood is looking for <b>Principal Piping Designer</b> to join our Piping team. The role will be based in Madrid. <br><br>The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and have demonstrable leadership capabilities. They will be confident in their own ability to deliver the Design and Piping scope on a project on time and within budget, while facilitating effective work. <br><br>Key responsibilities: <br><ul><li> Responsible for designing piping. </li><li> Responsible for improvements in productivity and technical quality. </li><li> Supervising and coordinating piping work, CAD-2D, PDS, MTO and Stresses and Supports </li><li> Coordinating procedures and specifications of piping design. </li><li> Supervising and approving the key plans and models (PDS/S3D) for the Projects. </li><li> Making sure that the flow of information to and from other disciplines is properly issued or received, in due time and with the minimum quality enabling the work assigned to be done. </li><li> Coordinating development of Computer Programs in CAD-2D and PDS/S3D and reviewing the proper use of electronic filing systems assisted by the PDS/S3D coordinator </li><li> Responsible for implementation in his or her area of responsibility and/or department and for effectively informing personnel under him/her of the
