As a Service Delivery Manager - Wireline Services, you&
39;ll manage the service deliveries for Wireline Services in Brunei. Ensuring Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence for the assigned area<br />
<br />
As a Service Delivery Manager - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars</li>
<li>Collaborating with sales/commercial teams and direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)</li>
<li>Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity</li>
<li>Ensuring quality plans are in line with our job cycle process</li>
<li>Ensuring the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed</li>
<li>Overseeing the budget and Profit / Lost for the area of responsibility,</li>
<li>Having to develop the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have Bachelor&
39;s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line</li>
<li>Have minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Wireline Service / Operations</li>
<li>Have experience in Profit / Lost management</li>
<li>Have experience in Team Management</li>
<li>Have experience in customer facing</li>
<li>Have excellent leadership, good interpersonal, influencing and planning skills</li>
<li>Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems</li>
<li>Have demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization</li>
<li>Have ability to document, plan, market and execute programs</li>
<li>Have prior experience includes roles such as: field/remote engineer, applications engineer or similar, service delivery coordinator</li>
