What you will do: - Data validation and point of contact for the several sources of information from J&J. - Information Management of the internal CRM platform: Sales Territories set up Build and update KPI’s dashboards Product Families Revision and update Analysis and update Opt-in’s Analysis of Leads & Opportunities E-Marketing working flow-up follow-up Other - Development of internal Dashboards on key metrics, defining KPI’s and doing follow-up. - Management of EMEA sales dashboard – (Ex: Athena dashboard). - Market Intelligence / Market Data consolidation and Analysis: Internal Market Data revision & Consolidation Market Research through external data sources (Ex: INE, Pordata, Eurostat, Hospitals Account reports etc.) Competitors Market Analysis - Support and participation in EMEA projects around data analytics.
