<b>JOB SUMMARY:</b><br><ul><li>Execute projects with quality and cost-effective Design deliverables in projects, always according to company directives and instructions, within laws, rules and regulations.</li><li>Obtain the objectives set by COMPANY.</li><li>Participate within a team in accordance with COMPANY strategy as well as Business objectives</li><li>Independent responsibility for the professional execution of the work assigned to the team.</li><li>Contribute to efficient execution in compliance with the Project schedule</li><li>Responsible for the technical integrity of assigned instruments, electrical or automation systems.</li><li>Responsible for quality defined in quality management system in general as well as according to governing rules, regulations, standards, specifications and or procedures.</li></ul><b>Methods of Work</b><br><ul><li>Ensure that relevant working methods are followed</li><li>Perform tasks in such a way as to reduce environment and health risks</li><li>Ensure tasks performed are to a high quality, be involved in and suggest improvements where they may be needed</li><li>Participate in the evaluation of working methods and conditions thereby minimize the risk for workplace and environmental incidents and thereby minimize the risk for quality issues</li><li>Be proactive</li><li>Manage schedules and work to tight deadlines</li></ul><b>FACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES:</b><br><br>Drawing and Documents Generation including but not limited to:<br><br>Instrument Location Layouts<br><br> Cable Block Diagram<br><br> Cable Schedule<br><br> Junction Box Schedule<br><br> Junction Box Datasheet<br><br> Instrument Cable Datasheet<br><br> Junction Box wiring diagram<br><br> Hook-ups (Process, Hydraulic and Pneumatic)<br><br> Instrument Installation Drawings<br><br> 2D drawing Extracting from PDMS for Instrument Locations, Cable Tray Layout and Cable routing layouts<br><br> Generation of Bulk MTO from 2D drawings and extracting from PDMS/PDS software<br><br> Loop drawings and Logic Diagrams<br><br> PDMS modeling and participating in model reviews<br><br> Navis work simulation for review the Model<br><br> <b>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:</b><br><ul><li>Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Communications</li><li>Experienced preparation of Material Requisition for Bulk MTO</li><li>Hands on experience in using PDMS (preferred) and PDS</li><li>Evaluation of Vendor offers for Instrument Bulk items like Junction boxes, Cables, Cable glands, Tube and Tube fittings etc.</li><li>Post order vendor documents review for Junction Boxes, Cables, Cable glands, Tube and Tube fittings etc.</li><li>Preparation and / or owning the database (Instrument Index, I/O list, Alarm list), review and to ensure integrity in-line with project requirement</li><li>Experience in PLC based system and interface with DCS, ESD and F&G</li><li>Knowledge of various Communication Protocols</li><li>Experience in Foundation Fieldbus system</li></ul><b>EXPERIENCE:</b><br><ul><li>Minimum 6 to 10 years relevant experience with E & I systems from Oil and Gas industry.</li></ul> <br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
