As Head of Controls & Digitalization (CD) Belgium, you drive the CD Service business as the country-responsible for the business strategy and its implementation. He/she is accountable for the strategic, general, and operational management and ensures the expected business growth and consolidated profitability. As Head of Operations CD Netherlands you drive – in close alignment with the Head of Controls & Digitalization (CD) Netherlands – the operational management and develop the business. What part will you play? Head of Service Controls and Digitalization Belgium Lead the Services Controls and Digitalization business unit in Belgium and take the business responsibility Stay in close alignment with customers about their needs and business challenges. Keeps informed about technical and business possibilities Defines and executes the country strategies. Develops plan for growth in the field of controls, digitalization, decarbonization, electricals. Provides direction and guidance to the team – on all disciplines like sales and operations Take action in the field of Acquisition and Sales (e.g. C-level, key accounts), drive proactively opportunities forward and support the team to close the contracts. Lead the project management yourself and ensure services quality Head of Operations Controls and Digitalization Netherlands Heading the operations of CD Netherlands and bringing the operational excellence forward Stay in close alignment with customers about their needs and business challenges. Keeps informed about technical and business possibilities Together with the Head of CD Netherlands, develop the business e.g. by diversifying our footprint and developing the approach on the field of decarbonization Proactively establish a fields of close collaboration between CD Belgium and CD Netherlands and leverage the strength of each setup Proactively collaborate with other North & Western Europe countries to bring the hub business forward. Establish a close link to the other CD country heads and to the hub management Promotes a proactive and sustainable environmental, health and safety culture that supports Siemens Energy’s “zero harm culture” goal Your profile Education: Masters' Degree Engineering or related field preferred You have a demonstrable evidence of direct sales, successful project or service business execution 3+ years of leadership in sales, service or operations with experience in one or more of the following fields: Power Generation, Industrial or O&G Services Proficient French, Dutch and English skills Change agent with a track record in transformation and digitalization.
