What we ask of you Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role Bachelor of Business Understand and worked with CI/TY A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanour Energising motivation - its infectious - no job is too big or too small A passion for the industry, a want to be the best in service - mind blowing to be precise - and the best in lifestyle How you will make an impact This role is responsible for all group and event enquiries, bookings, accounts and sales opportunities and achieving budget for this market segment through upselling and maximizing revenue opportunities. Achieves personal revenue and conversion goals, manages some market segment accounts and relationships through reactive efforts. What you will do Conducting Sales Activities to Achieve Departmental Goals Building and Maintaining Relationships: Executes a consistent level of high quality service to customers and responds in a timely manner to enquiries concerning services provided and costs for room, AV, catering and related services. Create and update the sales collateral presentations and packs. Manage a portion of Sales enquiries Meet & connect with our guests. Offer personable Sydney lifestyle experiences so our guests can escape the everyday and enjoy the unexpected.
