Patient Experience Concierge

Overview 1 shift per week from 5p-9p on Mondays and rotating weekends! POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -High School diploma or GED -6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience -Basic working knowledge of computers systems -Demonstrates oral and written communication skills -Ability to reason, interpret, and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve issues -Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment -Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Experience working with any electronic medical records system EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Job seekers will be afforded equal opportunity regardless of their race, ethnicity, veteran status or disability status.
