<b>Physicist </b><br><br><b>Are you passionate in scientific and engineering methodologies?</b><br><br><b>Are you passionate about being part of a successful team?</b><br><br><b>Join our Reuter Stokes team! </b><br><br>As a Digital Solutions business, we provide intelligent, connected hardware technologies to sense, control and inspect assets across many industries.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Reuter Stokes Physicist, you will be responsible for activities aimed at proving a concept to be valid or technically feasible by the application of scientific and engineering methodologies.<br><br>As a Physicist, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Providing physics support for all existing Reuter-Stokes' radiation detectors and internal support for production and external support for Customers</li><li>Generating innovative ideas for new product offerings and/or product enhancements in the radiation detection field</li><li>Setting-up and conducting experiments/tests using radiological sources for the purpose of evaluating performance</li><li>Developing test programs for new/modified products and setting-up and executing prescribed tests</li><li>Supporting production and continuously improving all Reuter-Stokes product lines by sustaining engineering/physics activities for Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) systems</li><li>Coordinating/leading multiple project tasks with the product Engineering Team Lead and working directly with the respective Product Line, Quality, and Supply Chain Teams to ensure continued growth</li><li>Joining other physicists, engineers, and technicians in a team environment, allowing for new ideas while embracing speed and excellence</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's in Physics from an accredited university or college.</li><li>Possess a minimum of 3 yrs of experience in the nuclear industry or harsh environment design</li><li>Be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%</li><li>Display hands-on test experience as applied to failure and root cause analysis and familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean Quality Techniques</li><li>Demonstrate experience leading projects and the ability to develop and execute plans for new programs, while meeting project deliverables of technical objectives, cost, and timing</li><li>Display experience in an ISO 9000 environment and familiarity with SAP business system</li><li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels. Be results oriented self-starter with track record of delivering results</li><li>Demonstrate ability to provide work with internal and external customers
