You will ensure the delivery of Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (M&AD) deals in coordination with our Business Development lead. You will collaborate with our Digital Technology organization and contribute to define practices and methodology within the wider M&AD center of excellence. Your accountability will be on overall deal life-cycle with DT Infrastructure as your primary focus area, thus deal strategy alignment to DT infrastructure organization priorities and driving deal integration/separation execution activities. <br><br>As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Managing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture (M&A) pre-deal close & execution activities, including all integration and separation activities, digital technology Infrastructure Transition Service Agreement (TSA) definition & management, including TSA exit strategies and timing<br></li><li>Maintaining the Infrastructure service catalog, rate cards, due diligence questionnaire and M&A Task lists<br></li><li>Contributing technical expertise towards the development of M&A Infrastructure strategic plans and roadmaps that are aligned to business strategies and requirements<br></li><li>Assisting in the maintenance of M&A playbooks based on company Infrastructure standards, procedures, and best-practices<br></li><li>Ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of projects through client engagement, partnering with technical teams and coordination of all required activities and milestones.<br></li><li>Taking ownership for project prioritization, definition and compliance to ensure adherence with project management methodologies<br></li><li>Performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.<br></li><li>Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, processes or templates to simplify and improve deal planning and execution activities<br></li><li>Communicating and presenting recommendations, project plans and technical road-maps to senior business leaders, customers and stakeholders<br></li><li>Applying technical knowledge and skilled experience to ensure all projects and programs are of the highest quality<br></li><li>Collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on time<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience<br></li><li>Have significant experience in Program Management<br></li><li>Have significant experience driving M&AD deals from due diligence, planning through execution phases<br></li><li>Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs<br></li><li>Have ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions<br></li><li>Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels<br></li><li>Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
