Managing the buying process and engaging in commercial sourcing management we achieve the best contractual conditions and best results. Will be the main point of contact of Indirect Sourcing Strategy in the region.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>This position will be responsible for supporting global Ariba Catalog implementation & Compliance. This includes liaising with Ariba teams, Product Company & Regional team as well as external suppliers. This role will be responsible for driving down transactional costs by improving catalog utilization, reducing reliance upon tail-spend and delivering tools to measure both.<br><br>As an Ariba Catalogs Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Monitoring Ariba catalog utilization and drive practices/training to improve same across all regions, commodities, and product companies</li><li>Driving operational excellence; liaise with Ariba team and end users to support catalog optimal up-time and catalog utilization</li><li>Driving reporting automation initiatives</li><li>Supporting on Catalog implementation process, engaging suppliers, coordinating with the technical team testing and launching catalogs</li><li>Acting as a main point contact to support Catalog users on general queries</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have degree from accredited university or college, or relevant experience.</li><li>Be able to demonstrate ability to influence and drive systemic change</li><li>Have excellent MS Excel skills</li><li>Have working knowledge of Ariba, Thought spot, ERPs</li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills</li><li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills</li><li>Have good problem solving skills</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
