Downstream Flow Leader

What is the role? Based in Auckland New Zealand, we have an opportunity for professionals in decision-making roles of replenishment, purchasing, inventory/order management. The Downstream Flow Leader will drive strategy and excellence in delivery execution for Schneider Electric businesses and channels. A key responsibility will be coordinating replenishment activities for new product introduction, customer projects, sales chase activities, stocking policy campaign, global shortages, and manual allocation. Along with managing and reporting on critical shortages, you will conduct lean improvement projects to ensure efficient on time delivery to our customers. In addition, you will build up a regular performance review with key suppliers and work with the team to trouble shoot any outstanding issues. Areas of focus will be, Drive Excellence and strategy in delivery execution for businesses and channels Support Customer projects, promotions, new launches, and sales chase activities to contribute to business growth while securing Service level Perform buy ups simulation & manage Large order for CRD negotiation. Proactive communication with FO to meet revenue targets but also mitigate BOV impact. Review stock availability for scope of sales chase activities, and suggest alternatives Why you? You’re someone with detailed knowledge of stock management techniques. You have a working knowledge of business processes and ERP systems within a logistics environment preferably utilising SAP.
