Mechanic / Assistant Mechanic - Offshore

<ul>
<li>Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment as per the planned maintenance schedule, and/or as directed by Chief Mechanic.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Install new equipment. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Comply with the Permit to Work and Isolation systems.               </li>
<li>Supervise, guide and train the Motor Operator.</li>
<li>Maintain service reports and advise the Supervisor on the condition of equipment and spare part requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.</li>
<li>Ensure the Mechanic's workshop is clean, tidy and hazard free.</li>
<li>Assist with duties, other than mechanical when required, to ensure the safe and efficient running of the operation.</li>
<li>Have adequate environmental awareness and commitment.</li>
<li>Member of an emergency response team and is required to carry out emergency response duties as required by the emergency response procedure.</li>
