Motorman - Offshore

<ul>
<li>Provide engine room watch keeping duties. Monitoring working temperatures and pressures on all engine room and associated equipment.</li>
<li>Monitor all system for leaks and report any defects immediately.</li>
<li>Maintain the engine room logs.               </li>
<li>Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs on the engine room equipment and machinery as directed.</li>
<li>Assist the Mechanic with repairs and maintenance.</li>
<li>Carry out maintenance work and cleaning duties within the machinery spaces.</li>
<li>Maintain the engine room and associated workshops in a clean tidy and hazard free condition.</li>
<li>Check and record level readings and top up as required.</li>
<li>Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.</li>
<li>Carry out stocktaking of maintenance department materials as directed.</li>
<li>Check mobile machinery on a daily basis as directed.</li>
<li>Have adequate environmental awareness and commitment.</li>
</ul>

<li>Member of a technical support team and is required to carry out emergency response duties as required by the emergency response procedure</li>
