This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request<br><br>As as Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues. </li><li> Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. </li><li> Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how. </li><li> Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions. </li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion <br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) </li><li> Have at least 7 years of relevant work experience with significant experience in technical Support/ post sales support/ project management. </li><li> Have good experience in Oil & Gas industry with offshore experience. </li><li> Have experience with wellhead system, subsea production system and drilling system </li><li> Have sound experience in a client facing role </li><li> Be a successful written and verbal communicator. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. </li><li> Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. </li><li> Have an effective problem identification and solution skills.
