Effective management and administration of the Contracts and Procurement section in the provision of pre and post contracting services on a diverse &amp; variety of Department&
39; and asset under Idd El Shargi.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
&bull; BSc in Quantity Surveying / Engineering Discipline / Business or equivalent<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; 12-15 years&
39; experience in various stage of pre and post contract administration / supply chain environment with at least 7 years&
39; experience in the oil and gas industry, 5 years in a senior position with maturity to provide consistent quality contract advice. &bull; Proficient in commercial and contractual aspect of supply chain &bull; Good knowledge of all aspects of Engineering / Operations project development and execution and sound knowledge of international and local standards, laws and bylaws. &bull; Good oral and written English language with good analytical, supervisory/leadership and computer skills.<br />
