Vice President, Thamama Subsurface Excellence

<b>JOB PURPOSE:</b><br> <br>Provide leadership and direction to develop plans and activities for Thamama Subsurface Center that is aligned with ADNOC's integrated 2030 strategy. Develop Thamama Subsurface Center capabilities to support ADNOC Upstream delivery. Direct development and implementation of ADNOC Upstream Group companies' technical standards, guidelines, best practices and workflows in the area of subsurface. Build subsurface capability through communities of practice, specialized training and mentoring. Ensure the team functions is within the ADNOC governance framework and is compliant with company code of conduct, policies and guidelines<br><br><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:</b><ul> <li>Direct technical assurance of subsurface studies/models and field development plans through Subject Matter Experts and Specialists from Thamama Center to ensure major decisions are made applying ADNOC Groups' standards and practices.</li> <li>Identify and support projects of strategic importance to ADNOC Upstream through constant liaison with Technical Center function SVP and other function SVPs.</li> <li>Promote
