(Senior) Market Access and External Affairs Manager

Role Summary: The purpose of this role is to drive market access strategy and optimize affordability and accessibility of our medicines at timely and sustainable manner for patients in HK and Macau. This role will also support external affairs internal and external stakeholders’ engagement activities. This person should have agile and patient centric mindset, and require experience in planning and execution on market access strategy for innovative products, and strong communication and matrix leadership skills to work across boundaries. Key Role Accountabilities: To lead development and execution of market access strategies for new launch medicines and prioritized post launch medicines Lead and drive listing and reimbursement processes, including planning on timeline, preparation of value dossier & relevant documents and engagement with stakeholders Work in partnership with medical and commercial in devising sound local value proposition, develop market access plan & materials and leverage network for effective engagement Work with global/ regional internal stakeholders on pricing, market access and HEOR team to ensure local plan align to corporate direction and bring best practices to HK Work with NGOs and other external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative market access solutions through partnership Develop and embed effective cross functional workflow and tracker for listing excellence and build market access capabilities in the organization External Affairs Monitor for market dynamics, competitive landscape and policy environment to inform adjustment of strategies and tactics for opportunities and risks Represent BMS to participate in activities of relevant trade associations Assist Market Access and External Affairs Lead in formulating and executing stakeholders engagement plan Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
