At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Utilities and Water Injection Section Head </b>within <b> Zubair Field Operating Division </b> in <b>Basra, Iraq. </b>You will be responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and supervising the operation and maintenance of Utilities and Water injection Systems in a reliable and safe manner to achieve cost effective performance while meeting set business targets and deadlines.<br />

<b>As a member of the Production Team at </b><b> Zubair Field Operating Division </b><b> you will be responsible for: </b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Operating and maintaining power generation / interconnection system</li>
<li>Interfacing with external entities regarding power export and import</li>
<li>Coordinating integrated shutdown and future projects with concerned stakeholders</li>
<li>Liaising with Governmental stakeholders for power system related studies/ projects as well as to secure future required power supply</li>
<li>Ensuring power generation technical asset integrity is maintained in the assigned area to ensure availability and reliability</li>
<li>Operating and maintaining the water production and injection facilities</li>
<li>Coordinating with Field Development units and engineering for relevant development / project activities in the area</li>
<li>Ensuring Water Injection technical asset integrity is maintained in the assigned area to ensure availability and reliability.</li>
<li>Exercising financial authority at the level established by management for the position</li>
<li>Providing advice and support to field operations teams on Utilities &amp; Water Injection matters</li>

<ul>
<li>Degree or diploma in an engineering/technical discipline</li>
<li>Previous experience in Operation and Maintenance of Power System &amp; Water Injection Equipment</li>
<li>Previous experience in supervisory level in the field</li>
<li>Knowledge of English</li>
<li>Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and all related production equipment &amp; operations</li>
<li>A proven experience in injection water treatment plants</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of source water chemical treatment and injection operation</li>
<li>Experience on supervisory roles in cultural &amp; linguistically diverse working environment</li>
<li>Provide supervisory leadership to subordinates and develop employees for advancement.</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of control of work system, previous experience with issuing Permit to Work System</li>
<li>Having a sense of participation in the constant process of continuous improvement, also demonstrating an aptitude for change</li>
<li>Demonstrate a sense of adaptation to the environment on which one is called to operate</li>
<li>Data management and computer literacy (e.g., MS Office - Outlook)</li>
</ul>
