We provide technical solutions to help with all their challenges.<br><br>Partner with the best <br><br>As a Technical Manager you will manage the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services.<br><br>As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Leading activities for bottle test selection and plant trials for the product line, Central Africa Republic. </li><li> Functioning as technical sales personnel for the product line with chemical selection and treatment recommendation. </li><li> Supporting global operations and technical support team on key projects in Central Africa Republic. </li><li> Coordinating field personnel/operations and ensuring timely and quality delivery of products and services to clients in strict compliance with client's specifications and best practices. </li><li> Handling special projects like new product formulations, system surveys, start-ups and commissioning of chemical injections systems. </li><li> Providing technical sales and product application recommendations for production companies </li><li> Providing technical support to field engineers on chemical application, monitoring and reporting. </li><li> Training and mentor field engineers and field specialists. </li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion <br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have at least 10 years of experience in Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals </li><li> Have a Bachelors Degree in STEM Majors </li><li> Have a good understanding of production chemicals </li><li> Have sound experience in a client facing role </li><li> Be a successful written and verbal communicator. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. </li><li> Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. </li><li> Have an effective problem identification and solution skills.
