ICSS Engineer

TAX Free Contractual Job Opportunity has just been made available for an experienced<b> ICSS Engineer </b>to be based in Qatar by an oil and gas industry leader.<br><b><br>ACCOUNTABILITIES</b><br>·         Projects Engineering documents are reviewed efficiently, in time.<br>·         Projects tasks/studies are well managed as per company standards and contractual requirements, with a placement in dues times of proposed deviations.<br>·         All the technical interfaces with the design team are correctly managed,<br>·         Phase 3 pre-FEED and FEED meet the organization's safety regulations, reach the quality conformance and are performed within schedule,<br>·         Project bases of designs are robust and secure the detail engineering phases, the next project phases and finally the operation phases.<br>·         Engineering dossier (pre-FEED, then FEED) is delivered with a robust process definition aligned with clear bases of design, a consolidated project scope, a clear project state of requirement<br>·         Communication is efficient with all other company engineering and functional team members,<br>·         Optimizations and design selections considers properly HSE and operational impacts<br>·         Internal and external technical reviews (Project reviews, etc.) are done and completed.<br>·         Design of the projects is optimized (CAPEX and OPEX) to obtain a fit for purpose unit: safe for construction, operation, maintenance.<br>·         Ensure efficient communication with all other company engineering and functional team members.<br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</b><br>·         Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instrumentation and control engineering,<br>·         Experience: minimum 15 years' experience as engineer in instrumentation and control engineering field in Oil and Gas activities,<br>·         Strong engineering knowledge and experience in ICSS design either in greenfield and brownfields projects Offshore experience is required,<br>·         Available for mission world-wide,<br>·         Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus,<br>·         Language: fluent English,<br>·         Computer literate,<br>·         Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,<br>·         Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,<br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
