<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>We are recruiting a Legal and Compliance Officer to support our Legal and Compliance Manager with oversight of and advising our workforce on all matters around legislation, contracts, compliance and data security. Working as part of the operations team, this role will use their legal and contractual expertise to help Frontline deliver the most impactful programmes that help children and families.</p>
<p><strong>A little bit about you:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an legal/compliance/contract professional who has the knowledge and expertise in legal issues, managing multiple stakeholders and confidence to manage projects and give advice. (Legal qualification as a paralegal or junior lawyer preferred but not essential). </p>
<p>This role also contains aspects of data protection, so interest in this area is essential, existing experience is preferred but depending on qualifications, we will pay for and support you to obtain an accredited data protection qualification. </p>
