<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Prospectus is thrilled to be supporting our client in their search for a Web Content Manager who will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of their digital product portfolio. That includes the website, online self-assessment tool, academic journal, intranet and website for young people.</p>
<p>This organisation is the leading and largest grief charity in the UK. They have been providing bereavement support for over 60 years and are constantly looking at new and improved ways they can reach and support more people, in a way that is right for them. Last year, they re-branded and re-launched their main website to achieve that aim and are now reaching over a million people a year through the website. This role is an exciting opportunity to join their team and increase the reach and engagement of their digital products and services.</p>
<p>Please note this role is offered on a hybrid basis, predominately remotely with an average of once a week working from their Richmond office.</p>

<p>The main responsibilities for this role include working with the Communications Manager to create compelling and engaging online content, generate insights from the data and use that to make informed decisions, and optimize user journeys and experience for all their audiences: bereaved people, supporters, volunteers and professionals. You will be responsible to optimising content for SEO and help create digital roadmaps to align with organisational strategy.</p>

<p>To be successful as a Web Content Manager, you will have experience managing digital products, able to work to tight deadlines and engage with various stakeholders, and have a good understanding on CMS and fundraising platforms. You will be motivated to improve lives for the better and have the ability to explain tech information to non-technical colleagues. With creative thinking welcomed, you will be encouraged and supported to try new ways of doing things.</p>
