S&P Global Market Intelligence The Team: The Client Due Diligence Response Team (CDDR) is part of the Operational Risk organization. This centralized team responds to and provides guidance and oversight on client requests for information, due diligence questionnaires, and other customer queries. The Impact: Our goal is to support the business to provide timely and consistent information when requested by clients, while protecting the confidentiality and integrity of the company’s data and proprietary processes. We serve the entire enterprise, including all divisions and business areas. What’s in it for you: The Due Diligence Specialist will primarily focus on client requests for information on the company’s controls. The candidate will be responsible for responding to vendor due diligence questionnaires, risk assessments, and other types of formal customer requests across the enterprise. Additionally, work closely with division contacts and subject matter experts towards building consistent and accurate responses and maintain a library of these responses for future use. Focus on developing an understanding of our controls and well as various constraints and limitations to what information can be released. Responsibilities: Responding to due diligence questionnaires, risk assessments, including legal & compliance position, information security practices, HR policies, business continuity plans, etc. Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as legal, Compliance, Risk, Business Continuity and information security to respond to customer requests. Maintains awareness of internal controls and trends to assure the process remains effective. Ensuring that responses are accurate, timely, and comply with company standards. Taking ownership to deliver high-quality responses by performing quality checks on draft and final documents. Gather information on policies, controls, and maintain an up-to-date and well-organized repository for team and stakeholder use What We’re Looking For: 2-4 years of relevant experience in vendor/customer due diligence. Knowledge of controls and risk management procedures. Knowledge of vendor management processes and compliance considerations would be an advantage. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Exceptionally strong attention to detail. High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint. Additional Qualifications: Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects. Ability to adapt to the requirement of stakeholders and work under tight deadlines. Possess excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. Experience in information gathering from subject matter experts to support the proposal writing process.
