Reporting to the Business Manager -Pharmacy, you will be the lead support to both the Wholesale and Retail Pharmacy businesses through retailer performance reporting, field engagement as well as inventory management and database maintenance. You will also be responsible for the account management of a Pharmacy customer to ensure commercial delivery for your retailer, and share growth for Johnson & Johnson’s portfolio of products. This role is a critical element in the delivery of the total business numbers through the Pharmacy Channel. The role is heavily data and insights driven with a primary focus on supporting the Business and Account Managers to make the right decisions based on the insights you can provide. Responsible for the overall Business Planning cycle for your Pharmacy State Groups portfolio, you will also build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned accounts and internal partners. We are looking for a creative problem solver with the ability to draw insights from multiple data sets: consumer and shopper research, IRI Aztec, IQVIA IMS, Panel etc. To be successful in this role you will be highly organized, have strong attention to detail and disciplined in your ability to ensure timely updates to key stakeholders whilst developing your skillset in account management through your state pharmacy customer. Qualifications It’s all about YOU Degree in Business/Accounting or a related field Interest in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with a focus on consumer health Analytic Skills and a working knowledge of Excel (or desire to develop this skill) as 80% of this role is spent within Excel and other data programs.
