Location Manager Trainee

General Responsibilities As a Location Manager Trainee (LMT) you will be given the opportunity to learn all aspects of the Hertz rental business model and how to effectively manage and grow a successful business. As a LMT you will learn the day-to-day aspects of the rental car business while you develop superior management, leadership and customer service skills including how to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers. You’ll learn proper sales strategies / techniques for all of Hertz products and services while honing your problem solving and continuous improvement skills. Additionally, you will get a chance to learn the critical aspects of fleet management including how to effectively manage the fleet to achieve the greatest revenue and profitability.
