The opportunity: As a SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Consultant or Manager, you will design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture. What you will do Act as an SAP consultant for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream; order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance Decisions often impact the team in which they reside Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within KPMG What you bring to the role Minimum of 5 to 8 years of consulting experience with SAP Products including SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA At least 2 full lifecycle SAP S4 HANA implementation or configuration experience in O2C to Manage process and it’s integration with other processes S/4 HANA Functional expertise in several O2C areas including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting Experience with SAP Activate Methodology is a plus Strong aptitude for consulting: Excellent communication skills Excellent influencing and communication skills Excellent ability to listen, respond and build trust Preferred Skill Qualifications Experience leading teams, including offshore, onshore and nearshore teams Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field SAP Certifications in related areas are preferred Our Values, The KPMG Way Integrity, we do what is right | Excellence, we never stop learning and improving | Courage, we think and act boldly | Together, we respect each other and draw strength from our differences | For Better, we do what matters KPMG is committed to the health and safety of our people, clients and communities.
