We champion entrepreneurial culture to unlock full potential by bringing energy to the world.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a New Products Development Design Engineer, you'll actively participate to the design and development phase of new rotating equipment for energy transition applications. In a multidisciplinary environment the projects will cover the mechanical design and arrangement of mechanical systems, the study of the dynamic behaviour of mechanical components and systems, thermal simulations. Everything connected to the final product definition.<br><br>As a New Products Development Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Performing design and development activities of new products, executing the development of cross-functional projects.</li><li>Documenting technical data generated, providing timely communications on significant issues or developments, writing detailed technical reports based on design verification and testing for product development activities.</li><li>Executing prototyping, new design tools and methods, verification and testing of new concepts and products.</li><li>Supporting market research to determine what types of products might be successful among consumers, collaborating with segments and product leadership to create product designs.</li><li>Executing design, calculations, analysis, and evaluation in multidisciplinary areas of engineering, adhering to internal standards, and enhancing best practices.</li><li>Developing ideas and providing relevant effort in structuring conceptual roadmaps to target the goals.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a BSc/MSc degree in Engineering fields such as Mechanical, Thermodynamic or Fluid Dynamic.</li><li>Demonstrate good computer skills and be familiar with cad modelling, FEA, programming.</li><li>Have knowledge of mechanical systems dynamics and structural design.</li><li>Have good verbal and written skills, be fluent in English.</li><li>Understand thermodynamic principles applied to turbomachinery performances.</li><li>Have knowledge of a rotating equipment design, able to manage technical documentation.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
