We provide innovative solutions across multiple geographies. Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Region Technical Sales Specialist , you'll be involved in customer facing and winning deals for Drilling & Completion Fluid Business. You are to develops sales plan for the China region, defining sales strategy for targeted clients. <br><br>As the Region Technical Sales Specialist , you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Being responsible for sales generation, manages sales cycle from quote to cash. <br></li><li>Handling products and systems that requires thorough technical knowledge and environmental knowledge where products and systems is used accordance to client specification. <br></li><li>Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. <br></li><li>Handling important clients for Drilling & Completion Fluids <br></li><li>Cooperating with technical colleagues in responding to customer requests and discuss on local conditions. <br></li><li>Handling country's sales aspect <br></li></ul><br><br> <b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry related equivalent. <br></li><li>Have minimum of 5 years sales and commercial experience. <br></li><li>Have technical knowledge on drilling and completion fluids <br></li><li>Have good English language proficiency (oral and written). <br></li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
